Carly - Everyday Vinyasa

Everyday Vinyasa is the perfect starting point for those new to yoga or returning to the mat after a break. In this gentle and accessible class, you’ll learn foundational poses, breathing techniques, and safe alignment in a slow-paced, supportive environment. Expect clear instructions, plenty of modifications, and a focus on building confidence, flexibility, and body awareness - one breath at a time.
This class is about progress, not perfection - come as you are, and grow at your own pace.

Katrina - Gentle Flow

Farhana - Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is dynamic yet grounding practice that blends the alignment and mindfulness of Hatha yoga with the fluid movement of Vinyasa. Raihan - Power Mat Pilates

Power Mat Pilates is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize. This mat-based class combines classical Pilates principles with dynamic movements and powerful sequences to target your core, glutes, legs, and upper body - all while enhancing posture, flexibility, and control.
Expect to move with intention, feel the burn, and leave the mat feeling stronger and more connected to your body. No equipment needed, just your body and a mat!

Level: Open to all levels (modifications will be offered for both beginners and more advanced practitioners).

Melvin - Yoga Deepening

Melvin Yoga Deepening Dimples Yoga

Yoga Deepening is a yoga foundation class that combines the grounding discipline of Ashtanga with the fluid movement of Vinyasa to challenge your limits and level up your practice. You'll begin with 20-minute sessions covering warm up, breathwork and Sun Salutations to build a solid foundation, then dive into longer and more powerful full-body flows. Prepare to challenge yourself and connect with a practice of strength, poise, and movement.

Level: Intermediate - Advanced

DD - Inside Flow
(Saturdays 12pm)

DD Dimples Yoga Inside Flow

Inside Flow is a modern and musical take on Vinyasa yoga. Set to a curated playlist, each class builds toward a choreographed yoga sequence performed seamlessly to the rhythm of a song. Expect a creative, continuous flow that combines breath, movement, and music - creating an emotional and physical journey on your mat.

This class is perfect for those who love moving meditation, want to deepen their mind-body connection, and enjoy expressing themselves through flow. Every class is unique, with new music and fresh sequences.

Level: Open to all levels, but some basic yoga experience is recommended.

Khuan Yong - Slow Flow
